1. How long do you take to ship my order?
I currently ship all orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Orders placed on Fri-Sun will be shipped by Monday, orders placed Mon-Tues will be shipped that Wednesday, and orders placed Wed-Thurs will be shipped that Friday.
All orders by default will be shipped using USPS First class, which takes an average of 2-5 days depending on how far you are away from where I am shipping (Rhode Island at the moment).
You may also select USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) or Priority Mail Express (1-2 days) at checkout to speed up the process. If I notice an order has been placed requesting Priority / Express, I will do my best to ensure that gets in the mail the next day rather than wait until my standard M-W-F days so you get your card in a timely manner.
2. Why is cost of shipping so much for a card when stamps are 49 cents!?
I want to make sure the cards get to you in prime condition without any bends in them. I secure all cards/envelopes in a cellophane sealed wrapper (in case it rains) and then mail them in a thick and sturdy chipboard envelope that prevents bending of any documents. Packs of cards containing 5+ cards are shipped in a bubble envelope.
Shipping also contains tracking (which is not possible with just regular stamp mailing) so you are able to track when your cards get delivered to you!
3. Can you do a custom illustration / card design for me? How much do those custom designs cost?
Certainly! I am more than happy to accommodate a custom design and work with you. Here are the requirements and cost considerations:
Small Tweaks / Wording / Color Modifications on an Existing Design
For $5, you can purchase an extra add-on in which I can modify a current design's text or color options to fit what you are looking for. At check out, just indicate to me in the notes what type of revision you would like. There are limitations to how much I will modify a design - please see those notes in this listing here.
Full Custom Designs & Illustrations
Have a totally new design or idea in mind? I'll be glad to work with you to see if I can accommodate your requests.
- Allow approximately 4-5 weeks from the time your order is placed until the cards are shipped. Once we develop and finalize the design you would like, I will be able to give you a more definite range of time to expect based on the complexity of your request.
- The flat rate for a custom illustration starts at $50 (plus shipping costs) and includes 12 A2-sized cards, or 10 A6-sized cards (all including envelopes). The Digital File can be purchased as an additional add-on for an extra $15.

Please keep in mind that I may not be able to accommodate all requests due to either stylistic requirements, time constraints, or other unanticipated factors. I mean, you've gotta understand I have a full time job and weightlifting training alongside running all of this. But by all means, just ask and I'll do my best!
4. Do you do offer discounts for bulk orders (over 100+ cards)?
Absolutely! Send me an email at email@example.com with your request and I can set up an order for you on the back end. Bulk orders will usually take 5-10 extra business days to process to allow for printing/trimming of more cards (I can give you an estimate once we get in contact).
5. What is your return / exchange policy?
If you need to return a card, I will accept returns that are shipped back to me within 30 days of the "delivered" date of your package. All returns must come back in original cellophane packaging (along with envelopes) without damages or defects. If your return is accepted, you will receive either store credit, or a full refund of the cost of the purchase, not including the cost of shipping. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs for returns.
Due to additional shipping costs, I do not do exchanges. Instead, I will accept and refund a return, and you can place an order for the card(s) that you would like to receive instead.
Returns/exchanges are not refundable for any custom orders due to the uniqueness of the designs and extra personal time put in to work with you. I'll be glad to give you store credit instead.
6. Do you offer custom messages inside the greeting cards? What about word tweaks or color changes?
Absolutely. You can purchase the "Custom Tweaks" listing, and then indicate to me in the buyers notes what message you would like to have inside of the card. Custom messages are $3.00/card.
7. What kind of printer / cardstock do you use for your cards?
I currently print all cards on my workhorse Canon iX6520 Inkjet Printer, using either Hammermill 100lb. Cover Smooth paper, or Accent Opaque White 120lb. Cover
8. Do you offer printable cards (ones I can print at home?)
I don't offer them on this website due to the inability to have downloads available immediately after purchase. However, you can hop over to my Etsy website at powersnowdesigns.etsy.com where I have printable PDFs of most of my card designs.
